Dyslipidemia presenting with pressure like
chest pain. Worse with walking and relieved
with rest.
NO ST Elevations on EKG
Give MONA: Morphine Oxygen Nitrates, Aspirin
Instead of cath, only do so if :
TIMI >3
low EF <40%
Vtach, etc.
otherwise
Stress test
negative: medical management
positive: Cath
